Jaime Montemayor
Chief Digital, Technology & Transformation Officer
Leading digital transformation and advancing innovation
Jaime Montemayor is chief digital, technology and transformation officer for General Mills, leading the company’s IT, Digital, Data and Analytics and Cybersecurity functions, as well as its Transformation Office and Global Shared Services organizations. These functions drive General Mills’ digital evolution, empowering the company to use technology and data to create new possibilities, enhance efficiency and ensure we continue to Make Food the World Loves now and into the future.
Montemayor is responsible for uniting these teams with business partners to drive differentiated business outcomes, advance tech-enabled innovation and improve speed to market. His work focuses on driving enterprise transformation and leveraging technology to deliver significant business value, including developing high-performing talent and building strong, diverse teams.
Montemayor joined General Mills with over 20 years of experience in the technology space, having held leadership positions at PepsiCo, 7-Eleven, Booz Allen & Hamilton and Oracle. His career has been global and multicultural, spanning North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
A native of Monterrey, Mexico, Montemayor holds a bachelor’s degree from ITESM (Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico) and a master’s degree in computer science from Stanford University. He serves on the board of trustees for Northwestern Mutual.
